AudioThing GAK-150 Synthesizer KONTAKT-WAV…GAK150 es un sintetizador para Kontakt hecho al muestrear un Gakken SX-150 Analog Synthesizer Kit que pasa a través de un Metasonix R-54 Tube VCO / VCF. La saturación del filtro de tubo junto con el timbre muy duro e inestable de Gakken salen como un sonido analógico agresivo pero completo. Hay tres conjuntos de formas de onda: normal, más gordo (más desafinación) y ralentizado (hecho al ralentizar algunas muestras).

GAK150 is a synthesizer for Kontakt made by sampling a Gakken SX-150 Analog Synthesizer Kit passing through a Metasonix R-54 Tube VCO/VCF. The saturation from the tube filter along with the very harsh and unstable timbre of the Gakken come out as an aggressive but full analog sound. There are three sets of waveforms: normal, fatter (more detune), and slowed (made by slowing down few samples).
GAK150 has suprised us in a positive way. Normally samples from analogue-synths are only a reduced alternative to the original, but this sound-library by AudioThing clearly exceeds the possibilities of the Gakken SX-150 and offers a rich in character, musically well applicable analogue-sound for a favorable price.
