Rob Papen RG 1-6-2g WIN 1-6-2e MAC VST-AAX-AU…RG es un plug-in de groove único que es mucho más que un «guitarrista de ritmo virtual». Al usar el secuenciador RG integrado es posible crear ritmos clásicos de la guitarra rítmica, pero más allá de eso puedes usar las características y efectos del sintetizador para hacer nuevas y desafiantes ranuras para guitarra. Para tocar las ranuras, RG está usando una distribución de teclado de «acordes mayores» y «acordes menores», cada uno con dos patrones de secuencia (A o B).

Solo se trata de tocar una sola nota en el rango principal del teclado o en el rango menor del teclado y se reproduce el groove. Los conjuntos de sonido son guitarras de muestra limpia, lo que le brinda una gran libertad y flexibilidad al usar las características del sintetizador y los efectos de RG. Además, también están los bancos de sonido Power Chord, Distorted sound y Muted, que no tienen un rango mayor o menor, pero aún pueden secuenciar A y B.

RG is a unique groove plug-in that is far more than just a «virtual Rhythm Guitar player ! By using the RG onboard sequencer it is possible to create classic Rhythm Guitar grooves, but beyond that you can use the synthesizer features and effects to make fresh new edgy guitar grooves. To play the grooves RG is using a keyboard layout of «major chords» and «minor chords», each with two sequence patterns (A or B) option.

It is only a matter of hitting a single note in the major keyboard range or minor keyboard range and the groove plays. The sound sets are clean sampled guitars, which gives you great freedom and flexibility when using the synthesizer features and effects of RG. Additionally there are also the Power Chord, Distorted sound and Muted guitar sound banks which both have no major or minor range, but can still sequence A and B.
