The first thing is to apologize for these days without service, personally I have been like you, without being able to access the server’s control panel and therefore without even being able to access to write warning you…but what has happened…???…Well, I’m not sure myself, but this is the chronology of a tragedy …

On Sunday 24, at around 3 pm, the server stopped working, something strange since we had been without problems for a month…I contacted the technical service and was waiting for a response…shortly after I receive the following email in which they tell me that they have problems with the Server, so I think it will be a problem that they will solve in an hour.
Hours pass and everything remains the same…it is Sunday, so I thought there would be few people in attendance and the matter could last until Monday … we reached Monday the 25th, I will contact the technical service again and I get the following response:
And this was the last answer, since that day they did not respond to my messages again … I tried to get in touch with the technical department, with sales and through their forums without any result … in the meantime, days continued to pass, like this that I was forced to look for a new server … hire, wait for activation, configure the server, reinstall from backup copies … unfortunately the last copies are from the end of September, so along the way it has almost been lost a month of work (I am not worried because in a few weeks we will have everything up to date).
Many of you will think that it was a bad choice (seen what you have seen they are right), but before hiring this service I was investigating and in principle it was the best option, since it was with the best ratings in all the pages in which I investigated, as well as by the opinions in different Blogs. From what I have found out, it seems that the company is going through financial problems and they are surely going to close, but as I say, I cannot be sure because no one has contacted me.
As can be seen in the image above, the company has very good ratings, not only in hostadvice, but also in different specialized pages … in the end there has been no choice but to hire a new server, this time entirely managed by me, but I It took a while to get it ready. Luckily everything seems to work correctly and now I have more control over the server, although this implies learning new things (I love learning)…services, databases, networks, security, etc.
Now I just hope that the issue of servers gives us a truce and we can focus on work, as I mentioned, about a month of publications has been lost, but we will recover that soon…the only good thing that has come out of everything this, is to see once again the faithful community that has been formed around this project…THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING THERE … !!!
