Cada instrumento de esta biblioteca es una mezcla de modelado físico y síntesis fm con un rango de E2 a E6 y 3 capas de velocidad que fueron diseñadas desde cero para un buen rango de jugabilidad.

La GUI es muy simple, pero útil y casi similar a un sintetizador, por lo que es muy fácil y divertido trabajar con ella. Cada instrumento tiene un parámetro de «inicio de muestra» editable (controlado con la GUI o la rueda de modulación), por lo que puede deshacerse fácilmente de los transitorios iniciales mientras diseña su sonido. Además, debido al hecho de que este tipo de instrumentos suenan muy bien cuando se transponen hacia abajo, hay un interruptor «-12» agregado a la GUI que transpone cada instrumento por octava hacia abajo.

Cassette Mallets.01 is a collection of 3 bell / mallet instruments recorded on a cassette with an old & wonky recorder. Every instrument from this library is a mixture of physical modeling & fm synthesis with a range of E2 to E6 and 3 velocity layers which were designed from the ground-up for good playability range.The GUI is very simple, yet useful and almost synth-like, so it’s very easy and fun to work with. Every instrument has editable “sample start” parameter (controlled with the GUI or Mod Wheel), so you could easily get rid of the initial transients while designing your sound.
