112dB Mikron Orbiter 1-0-0 WiN…Mikron Orbiter se inspiró en los efectos del órgano electrónico único Eminent 310: coro, trémolo y conjunto. De los cuales el efecto de conjunto es, con mucho, el más famoso, en gran parte porque no solo es Eminent Unique el que lo usa.

Las cuerdas del órgano Eminente tuvieron tanto éxito con los músicos en el momento en que la sección del conjunto se reutilizó para formar el núcleo del Conjunto de Cuerdas Solina (renombrado en los Estados Unidos como el Conjunto de Cuerdas ARP). Un movimiento inteligente. Este sintetizador asequible y fácil de transportar se hizo tan popular que fue utilizado por casi todas las bandas en los años setenta, desde Pink Floyd hasta Herbie Hancock. Y no solo en los años setenta, en décadas posteriores también se puede escuchar en muchos álbumes. The Cure, Kim Wilde, Abba, Brian Eno, Air y Gorillaz son solo algunos de sus usuarios notables.

Mikron Orbiter was modeled after the effects of the Eminent 310 Unique electronic organ: chorus, tremolo and ensemble. Of which the ensemble effect is by far the most famous, in large part because it is not only the Eminent Unique that uses it. The strings of the Eminent organ were such a hit with musicians at the time that the ensemble section was reused to form the core of the Solina String Ensemble (rebranded in the United States as the ARP String Ensemble). A smart move. This affordable and easily to transport synthesizer became so popular that it was used by almost every band in the seventies, from Pink Floyd to Herbie Hancock.

And not just the seventies, in later decades it can be also heard on many albums. The Cure, Kim Wilde, Abba, Brian Eno, Air and Gorillaz are just a few of its notable users. While we tried to recreate the sound of the original effects as accurate as possible, we added a few knobs to make them more versatile. You can control the width of the stereo field and mix between a dry and a wet signal. Furthermore, you can change the depth and rate that in the original organ were fixed.
